Getting Started with EkaScribe

🧭 Getting Started in a Few Simple Steps


1. Access the EkaScribe Platform


Visit the EkaScribe website and log in using your registered credentials. If you’re a new user, sign up using your preferred method and complete the onboarding steps to get started. Once you’re in, you can begin exploring the platform right away.


2. Set Up Your First Session


Once logged in:

  • Navigate to the dashboard
  • Click on “Start New Session”
  • Allow microphone access when prompted!


3. Add Patient Details


Before starting the recording, enter basic patient information such as name, age, and gender. This provides better context and helps EkaScribe generate more accurate clinical notes.!



4. Begin Recording Your Consultation


  • Click on Start Recording before beginning the consultation
  • EkaScribe will capture the conversation in real time
  • Ensure both doctor and patient voices are clearly audible


💡 Tip: Using a good-quality microphone can significantly improve transcription accuracy.


5. Review the Generated Notes

Once the recording is completed, EkaScribe provides both the transcription and structured clinical notes. You can choose from different templates based on your preference and use case. 6. Create Your Own Templates


You can also create custom templates based on your workflow and documentation style. Choose between Raw Templates or Structured Sections, add your preferred format and instructions, and save it for future use. This helps you generate notes exactly the way you want every time.




7. Print or Copy Your Output


Once your notes are ready, you can easily print them or download as a PDF for sharing. You also have the option to copy the entire output and paste it into your EMR, prescription system, or anywhere you need.
