Flexible Template Creation

EkaScribe allows you to create templates in two simple ways:

1. Raw Template

Write instructions in markdown format and describe exactly how you want your final note to appear.

2. Structured Sections

Build your template using organized sections like History, Examination, Assessment, and Plan.

What you can Customize

• Create your own consultation structure (SOAP or specialty-specific)
• Add or remove sections like Family History, Risk Factors, Counseling Notes
• Save multiple templates for first visits, follow-ups, teleconsultations, or procedures
